Welcome to Yvonne & Jeffrey’s Wedding in Tulum, Mexico!
We are excited and grateful that you will be celebrating our wedding with us!
To make sure your arrival goes smoothly, we have hired the transportation/concierge firm “Your Cancun DMC” to pick you up at Cancun International Airport and bring you directly to your hotel in Tulum. For your convenience, we are offering transportation upon your arrival on both January 30 & 31, 2020, and we will be covering the costs. Feel free to make your own arrangements, but if you choose to utilize this service, we kindly ask you to please fill out the registration form at your earliest convenience to coordinate the service. We will group together as many passengers as possible per vehicle in an effort to minimize costs. We will let you know once the pick up times have been finalized.
Alex (our contact in Cancun) will send a confirmation number as well as airport procedures once she gets the registrations. Transportation will be private for the event but shared with the guests of the wedding. If you want your service private or do not want to wait for other guests, please make sure you let her know to make those arrangements accordingly.
As for the transfers back to airport, if you choose to use “Your Cancun DMC”, please note in your registration form and refer to their price list below. They will try to group people with the similar departure times so reduce the cost for you. Again, if you wish to have the service private, you can let Alex know.
