During trip, the participant may have the opportunity to participate in various optional activities such as water sports, athletic activities, contests, excursions and site trips. YOUR CANCUN DMC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity arising out of or relation to said participation.

YOUR CANCUN DMC is a third party and does not own the vehicles for the transportation of any services.  YCDMC makes sure that all of its suppliers, especially transportation, have liability insurance according to the Mexican Laws and they are the only responsibles for the passengers/guests while using their services.

Itineraries & prices are subject to change without prior notice. Port fees, reef fees and gratuities as well as transportation in some of the tours are not included on the prices.
