We are very excited that you will be celebrating our wedding with us! To make sure your arrival goes smoothly, we have selected the Agency/Concierge Firm “Your Cancun DMC” to assist you with the coordination of your transfers at the Cancun International Airport and bring you directly to your hotel. You need to fill out the registration form to coordinate the transfers and please make sure to add the hotel name in the “Hotel Box”.

TRANSPORTACIÓN / TRANSPORTATION:
Una vez que se reciban todos los registros, se trabajará en un manifiesto de vuelos para ver de qué manera podemos agruparlos para minimizar los costos. Entre más participantes lleguen o salgan en el mismo vuelo, es más fácil dividir el costo de la unidad entre el número de participantes. La transportación es privada para el grupo pero compartida entre los mismos participantes del evento.
We will Group as many arrivals/departures as we can in order to make the prices more accessible. Once we get all the registrations for airport transfers, you will get your confirmation along with the final price you will be paying for the service. Transportation will be private for the event but shared with the same participants of the Wedding.

Meet & greet at airport: Printed sign with name and logo of the event, bottled water on the arrival service, cold fresh facial towels (disposable) on the arrival service.
Not included:
Gratuities for Drivers and Staff, Federal Taxes – 16% from total, Paypal payments – 7.5% Fee from total.
