Family & Friends, we are excited and grateful that you will be celebrating our wedding with us!

To make sure your arrival goes smoothly, we have hired the transportation/concierge firm “Your Cancun DMC” to pick you up at Cancun International Airport and bring you directly to the hotel. Feel free to make your own arrangements also but if you choose to utilize this service, please fill out the registration form and Alex, our main contact, will group together as many passengers as possible per vehicle in an effort to minimize costs.

Alex will send a confirmation number as well as airport procedures and once she has all the complete flight info will get back to you with more information in regards to your totals. Transportation will be private for the event but shared with the same guests of the wedding. If you want your service private, please make sure you let her know to make those arrangements accordingly.

AIRPORT – TULUM / AIRPORT:

1 to 4 ppl – $329 US Dlls. round trip – per Van

5 to 9 ppl – $359 US Dlls. round trip – per Van

10 a 16 ppl – $539 US Dlls. round trip – per Sprinter

1 to 4 ppl – $579 US Dlls. round trip – per Deluxe SUV

All transfers include bottled water on the arrival service. Airport & Federal Taxes included

Not included: Gratuities for Drivers and Staff

TOTALS TO PAY:

Unless the service is required as private, all transportation will be shared with the same guests of the wedding. Please make sure to request what type of service you need.

To give you final total to pay, we need to wait until all guests have registered and we will give a deadline of 3 days prior the first arrival to send the info.

Charts with arrival and departure groups will be sent so you can make any adjustments at that time.

Once we finalize the groups, we will proceed to send you payment links.

Airport Authorities and due to COVID-19, for security reasons we are requested to have all services pre-paid before your arrival to Cancun, therefore we offer you:

Paypal payment links with the totals to pay and you can use credit cards

American Express remote charge – Mexican Pesos

In the event that you do not have any of these payment methods, we will discuss options individually
