To make sure your travel goes smoothly, we recommend using “Your Cancun DMC” transportation to pick you up at Cancun International Airport and bring you to our wedding resort.

Feel free to make your own arrangements, but if you choose to utilize this service, please fill out the registration form.

Travel is private, but in an effort to minimize costs, you may be grouped with other wedding guests who have similar travel times. If you wish to travel alone, please let our main contact, Alex, know.

After you fill out the registration form, Alex will send a confirmation number along with airport procedures. Once all guests have sent their flight information, she can organize and determine your ride totals.

TRANSPORTATION FROM FAIRFIELD TO GRAND VELAS RIVIERA MAYA:

For your convenience, we will have a shuttle transfer on Thursday, April 27 to take you to Grand Velas Riviera Maya

The cost of the transfer per person is $18 US Dlls. for the one way and the itinerary will be:

Meeting point at Fairfield 9.30 a.m.

Departure to Grand Velas 10.00 a.m.

Make sure you do your check out ahead of time as transportation will be leaving the hotel at 10.00 a.m. sharp

If you are staying in any of these properties, on the registration form you just need to complete the Hotel Name and how many guests are with you as all seats count

Rates Include: Airport taxes, staff at airport, printed signs with logo of event, bottled water on the arrival service

Not included: Gratuities for Drivers and Staff

TOTALS TO PAY:

For final totals, we need to wait until all guests have submitted their flight information

Charts with arrival and departure groups will be sent three days prior to the first arrival flight, so you can make any adjustments at that time.

Once groups are finalized, payment links will be sent.

Payment methods

We request all services are pre-paid prior to Cancun arrival.

Totals will be sent with Paypal payment links where you can use credit cards.

If you do not have Paypal please let Alex know
